Grüns come in two variants: Low Sugar and Sugar-Free. Each large bag contains 28 snack packs, and each snack pack includes 8 gummies (which together form the marketed daily serving).
For the Low Sugar version, one 8-gummy pack (20 g) contains: 50 calories, 15 g total carbs (9 g net), 6 g fibre, and 8 g added sugars.
The Sugar-Free version provides roughly 20 calories, 15 g total carbs (1 g net), 6 g fibre, and under 0.5 g total sugars (0 g added sugars)
Key Ingredient Highlights
✅ 13 vitamins (fully meeting 100% of daily value)
✅ 8 minerals (at 25% of daily value each)
✅ Organic greens, veggies and fruits
✅ Organic shiitake mushroom and astragalus
✅ Tapioca fibre, organic inulin
✅ Additional components: pectin, natural flavours, vegetable juice, citric acid, sodium citrate.

Vitamins & Minerals
At first glance, Grüns reads like a multivitamin in gummy form. Indeed, the product lists 13 vitamins and 8 minerals — consistent with what you might find in a typical multivitamin. However, the micronutrients appear to be mostly synthetically added, rather than naturally derived from plant sources. For instance, a packet claims full daily value (100%) of vitamins A, C, D, E and the entire B-complex. Vitamin K2 appears at ~120 mcg, near the higher end of adult intake recommendations.
Minerals such as zinc, selenium, iron, chromium, iodine, copper, manganese and molybdenum each provide 25% of the daily value per serving. Noticeably absent are calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.
Another consideration: gummy vitamins are known to be less stable than pills, capsules or powders — due to factors such as exposure to heat and moisture during manufacturing and storage, which may degrade nutrient quality. Some manufacturers may attempt to compensate by “over-filling” with nutrients, which can lead to actual amounts that differ from the label.
Fibre
One of Grüns’ stronger features is its fibre content: each serving provides 6 g of soluble fibre, from inulin and tapioca fibre — that’s about 21% of the daily recommendation. These are prebiotics, meaning they help feed beneficial gut bacteria, which can support digestion and possibly immune health and appetite regulation.
On the flip side: for individuals following a low-FODMAP diet or sensitive to fermentable fibres, a sudden increase of 6 g of inulin may provoke digestive discomfort (bloating, gas). It may take your system time to adapt.
Sugar, Pectin & Other Fillers
It’s worth noting that a significant proportion of each serving is made up of sugar (or sugar substitutes), water and pectin (the gelling agent). In the Low Sugar version, you’re taking in 8 g of added sugar per serving (which represents ~16% of recommended daily added sugar intake). In the Sugar-Free version there’s ~8 g of allulose per serving. The vitamins and minerals occupy only a tiny fraction of the serving — the rest is largely water, pectin (≈3 g) and the fibre/superfood blend

✅ Potential Upside✅
✅ Immune support: Thanks to generous amounts of vitamins A, C, D, E and minerals like zinc and selenium, Grüns may support normal immune function.
✅ Energy generation: The B-vitamins, iron and zinc may help with energy production and metabolism, and Grüns also suggests benefits for post-exercise recovery and weight management
✅ Antioxidant support: The powdered superfoods (chlorella, wheatgrass, alfalfa, blueberry, goji, acai) contain compounds that could help fight oxidative stress and free radicals
❌Potential Downside❌
❌ Cost: At ~$59.99 per month (about $2.14 per serving) it’s significantly more expensive than many other greens supplements.
❌ Nutrient uncertainty: Because of known issues with gummy stability (heat, moisture, manufacturing overages), the actual nutrient shots may differ from the label — and there are questions about whether the superfood component is present in meaningful amounts.
❌ Dental concerns: Gummies stick to teeth and the Low Sugar version has 8 g added sugar, which is a risk factor for cavities and dental issues.
❌ Digestion support gaps: If you’re seeking full digestive system support, you may need to add probiotics/enzymes because they’re not included here.
★ My ABSOLUTE favorite! Live it Up checked all of my boxes:
(1) Ingredients and health benefits: Live it Up is made with organic vegetables (sourced locally and produced in the US) and the mix the product is what makes this really special. Packed with the micronutrients, vitamins and minerals that most diets lack due to the deficiency of greens, the product contains a wide variety of nutritious greens (from the 'trendy' algae chlorella and spirulina to the more popular moringa and spinach) that cover the health benefits we all expect to get from eating healthier.
(2) Taste: Live it Up actually tastes and smells good. It's fresh, refreshing and it dissolves really well with a spoon or a mixer. The taste was good by itself in its simplest form (with water only), but it was easy to combine it with other liquids like milk (or milk alternatives) and juices.
(3) Price: all right, Live it Up wasn't the cheapest product I tried, but it is definitely on the most affordable side of the spectrum, especially when compared to its competitors at the same level of quality and variety of ingredients --
